A property professional with over 20 years’ experience, with a true passion for property.  I always wanted to be an estate agent and when I am not selling houses my guilty pleasure is watching Grand Designs, Escape to the Châteaux and The Million Dollar Listing.  I absolutely love my job and going to work every day is a privilege along with living and working in one of the most beautiful valleys in the country.

Liz has been with Joanna Tiley Estate Agent from the very beginning and is our Branch Manager. She brings creativity to every aspect of her role, from social media and photography to staging homes, as well as handling appraisals, viewings, and day-to-day branch management.

Outside of work, Liz loves family life with her husband, their children Indie and Ophelia, and their British Blue cats. She has a passion for travel, gardening, and has a keen eye for seeing how a home could be transformed—skills honed over years of family property projects and completing her own renovation

Sue has worked as a PA for many years in a variety of both large and small companies and is loving the change of environment where she says it’s a really energising, never a dull moment and no two days are the same! Outside of work Sue enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as looking after a small menagerie – horse, dog, cat and chickens  Sue also enjoys walking, gardening and cooking.

Liz has lived in the Chew Valley for over 30 years. She came to us from a secondary school teaching background where she taught English and also managed a Year Group.  She is now loving a change in career and being part of a busy and successful team in the property business.  Outside of work she has a weekly sewing craft stall in Chew Magna and also shows at village fayres.  She loves the outdoors and trying to keep fit!

Sara has over 25 years’ experience as a local property professional and has also worked in the newspaper and hospitality industries. Sara has a love of words and joined us after completing her Batchelors Degree in Creative Writing at Bath Spa University. In her spare time, when not putting pen to paper, Sara is a drummer in a samba band and loves walking in the countryside with the family whippet Liberty Belle.

Leah has been part of the Joanna Tiley Estate Agents team for just over a year and a half, working in our admin department, and she really enjoys all aspects of this refreshingly varied role. She’s very hands-on with getting properties ready for the market — from putting together floorplans to making sure everything looks great for photos. When she’s not at work, Leah loves spending time with her family, including her much-loved cat and rescue dog, and is often busy renovating their stone cottage.
