Bring the light in...

Beautiful windows, and the light they bring into a home, deserve to be seen – here the bifold doors and Velux windows are displayed at their best.

Good lighting takes skill

The photographer not only needs the right kit but also the right techniques – photography is part art and part science after all. Opening doors to adjoining rooms – and lighting the fire brings the house to life.

Choose the best angle

Time and again we see beautiful homes photographed from strange angles. Light your photograph well and immediately set a warm, embracing homely feel to create an instant lifestyle hit.

Your home is probably your most valuable asset and you get one shot at selling it - so you need to make sure that you make the right choice when instructing an Estate Agent.

We believe that the small things and attention to detail matter –this is one of things that set us apart from our competitors.

For us, being able to sell your home is a privilege and we never take it for granted.  We are proud of the service we offer and always strive for perfection. We have honed and perfected our service so that you, the seller, has no worries.

We will talk through all of our services when we meet - this way we can get on the same page and get you moving.

If its early stages for you and you just want an idea of the value of your home that's fine - we will work to your time frame.

Joanna Tiley

A property professional with over 20 years’ experience, with a true passion for property.  I always wanted to be an estate agent and when I am not selling houses my guilty pleasure is watching Grand Designs, Escape to the Châteaux and The Million Dollar Listing.  I absolutely love my job and going to work every day is a privilege along with living and working in one of the most beautiful valleys in the country.

Liz Edwards image

Liz Edwards

Liz comes from a financial background specialising in customer service and retail banking. Liz has an artistic flair, having worked at MAC as a make-up artist and is married to local celebrity chef Dean Edwards. Liz has moved more times than most people as her parents have renovated countless properties in the Chew Valley.

Sue Read image

Sue Read

Sue has worked as a PA for many years in a variety of both large and small companies and is loving the change of environment where she says it’s a really energising, never a dull moment and no two days are the same! Outside of work Sue enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as looking after a small menagerie – horse, dog, cat, chickens and newly-acquired bees. ‘I am finding the bees very challenging – they obviously haven’t read the same books that I have’.  Sue also enjoys walking, gardening and cooking.

Nicola Roper image

Nicola Roper

Nicola is our newest team member, her career background has been in the healthcare sector and so estate agency is a change of direction which she is really enjoying.  She has lived in the Chew Valley for over 30 years and has always had a hankering to work in the property world.  Nicola loves gardening – growing her own vegetables, walking, cooking and socialising with friends and family.  She occasionally fosters a snake (!) in the school holidays.

Liz Tibbs image

Liz Tibbs

Liz has lived in the Chew Valley for over 30 years. She came to us from a secondary school teaching background where she taught English and also managed a Year Group.  She is now loving a change in career and being part of a busy and successful team in the property business.  Outside of work she has a weekly sewing craft stall in Chew Magna and also shows at village fayres.  She loves the outdoors and trying to keep fit!
